Is there any fee to list our property on the ViaResorts platform?

No. There is no fee to list your property on the platform.
What nationalities/markets do you deal with?

The main market would be Australia. Additional markets would include New Zealand, UK and USA.
What volume of guests can I expect?

We have delivered over 26,000 booking requests for properties across Europe, Asia, Australia and North America although the number of guests per property can vary depending on various factors and the overall popularity of the offer. Some properties may receive 2-3 guests per month whilst others may receive 20-25 guests per week.
How do you market the hotel & resort offers?

This would be done through the selling of vouchers online. Traffic to the platform is achieved with advanced social media advertising as the main source of client acquisition. Other forms of marketing employed include google ads, lifestyle surveys, prizes & competitions, email marketing campaigns, video ads and online influencers.
Do I need to pay any commission to ViaResorts?

No. The guest would make 2 separate payments. The first payment (deposit amount) would be paid to ViaResorts in the form of a voucher fee. The second payment (pay later amount) would be the net rate for the package and would be made directly to your property.
What is the payment policy?

As per above question the guest will be making payment to your property direct. You would set your own payment and cancellation policy. We would simply list the details that you supply us with in order to inform the guest of the T&C's related the offer.
